| Jaded. That is my word for 2008. Everything came crashing down in the fall, and bit by bit I've been trying to build it back up. I was such a sap. Now I am overcautious. I hope I can make a full recovery. I've at least made a half recovery. In other news, I'm going to Oxford for spring quarter. Yay adventures.

| Helllooo world! It's been a while. I'm in a particularly upbeat mood at the moment. Just saw High School Musical and I feel like dancing around now. This summer really has been a lot of fun. I feel like I've learned so much. It's fantastic! We're all in this together... la la la la la.... tomorrow is Friday and that means no physics which also means happy times for all!

| I take back what I wrote in the last post. All is well with my world. All is much better than well, actually. I feel like writing about things would just be banal though. I have such an ambrosial boy friend (lol).
Reasons why this summer > previous summers: *many of my close friends are also mentors = FUN *free trips to wherever we want to go (i.e. harry potter, muir woods, monterey) *gossiping is a required part of the job *i don't have to hang bras or write obnoxious marketing descriptions *professor letteer = FUNNY *healthy food = free and easily accessible *happy time spent with my favorite person in granada

| Something isn't right, but I can't put my finger on it. It's a nagging insecurity. Today was a lot of fun though. =) Baby ducks are adorable.

| I'm feeling sleepy. Veeery sleepy. Summer college is intense and wonderful. So many names and faces to remember. I almost feel like I'm starting college all over again. I must say, life is pretty great.
